NOOBS install from linux
- parted format sd to msdos label
- create single partition win fat
- mkfs.vfat -F 32 new partition
- unzip noobs.zip -d new partition

To compile:
$ git clone https://github.com/libretro/Lakka-LibreELEC.git $ cd Lakka-LibreELEC $ export CCACHE_DISABLE=1 $ DISTRO=Lakka PROJECT=RPi2 ARCH=arm make image
